What shipping methods are available?

Once your order has been shipped, you should have received an email with your tracking number. If it isn't there, check your junk mail first, and if it still hasn't arrived, email customerservice@bestsmartwatchforless.store

In order to account for the number of days we anticipate it will take for your delivery to arrive after the purchase date, we have adjusted our timeframes at the checkout. Please be aware that orders without tracking still give proof of delivery.

- All orders received before 1 pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) are wrapped and, whenever possible, dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1:00 PM won't be processed until the morning of the following Monday.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect information will take longer to complete while we work to acquire the necessary data. 

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship to the whole of Europe, the US, Australia and Canada. Your shipping will be calculated at the checkout. Prices of shipping vary based on your location.

Customers may be charged for purchasing and importing goods into their nation. Orders

I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please first check your spam folder if you have not received your order confirmation email within 10 minutes. Contact us at customerservice@bestsmartwatchforless.store if you can't find it and we'll make sure you get it.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

CustomerService@bestsmartwatchforless.store is the best way to reach us. We are unable to alter your order once the item has been shipped, so you must return the item in accordance with our Return Policy. Our office is open from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 p

My discount has not been applied, can I get the money refunded? 

 If you ordered and your discount has not been applied, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time of purchase to claim this back. Please contact us at customerservice@bestsmartwatchforless.store

Returns

Can I return the order for a refund?

 Your complete pleasure is warranted. Within 14 days of receiving your order, any unsuitable items will only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned in their original packaging with all of the tags still attached and are accompanied by a copy of the Best Smartwatch For Less invoice. Special offers and sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. The cost of return postage will be borne by the customer. Best Smartwatch For Less Ltd will pay the return shipping charges if your order arrives broken or malfunctioning. Please be aware that foreign orders are NOT eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
